I've lived here for almost 3 years and have had a very positive overall experience. First off, Alphonse the property manager is very polite and helpful, and willing to help you with whatever you need. Maintenance is pretty solid, they usually respond within a day or two for non emergency requests, and the work gets done right. The property is clean and well maintained, and I've never had much of any issues with parking. Great place to live.

I was a tenant for 5 years (2018-2023) at Oakwood Creek Condos and I enjoyed my time there. The manager Alphonse is the absolute best! He made my time there very enjoyable. He quickly made any repairs that I requested and kept the community safe and clean. The apartments are really quiet and very well manicured. It is because of his superb management skills and genuine care for his tenants that I honestly stayed so long.

Great place to live Since the first time we looked around at multiple apartments Alphonse was the first one to give us hope of finding a place.It was our first time renting by ourselves and we had a great experience we didn't just feel welcomed we felt like family and save to stay here it was sad to move. My kids loved going to get the mail and saying hi to Alphonse
